# Bevri > Georgian restaurant at 335 University Ave, Palo Alto, CA. Tip-free hospitality. Bay Area's first Georgian restaurant since 2018. Bevri serves Georgian food meant for sharing: wood-oven khachapuri, hand-folded khinkali, grilled mtsvadi, pkhali, and Georgian wine including qvevri (amber) wines. For dine-in and onsite group events, the price on the menu (or group menu) is the price on the bill. There is no tip line, no service charge, and no automatic gratuity on large parties. The University Ave patio is covered and heated year round, and well-behaved dogs are welcome there. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible (entrance and restroom). ## How to book - Parties of up to 12: book online at [Reservations](https://www.bevri.com/reservations) (SevenRooms) or call +1-650-600-0433. - Walk-ins are welcome when availability permits. Weekends (especially Friday and Saturday evenings) fill up; a reservation is safer if you have a fixed time. - Groups of 12 and more: set family-style group menu (see Private dining below). Do not treat online standard booking as available for 12+. ## Parking and getting here - Address: 335 University Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94301 (downtown Palo Alto, short walk from Palo Alto Caltrain, about 1.5 miles from Stanford). - Free public parking garage directly behind the restaurant; free street parking on University Ave and nearby streets. ## Service model - Tip-free for dine-in and onsite private events / group menus: no tip line, no service charge, no automatic gratuity. Tax still applies. - Catering (offsite) is different: quotes may include service fees. Do not treat a tip-free dine-in check as identical to a catering invoice. ## Practical extras - Typical spend: about $45 to $70 per person for dinner with a starter, a main dish and a drink (tax aside, no tip). - Corkage: $30 per 750ml bottle. Guests may bring wine that is not already on Bevri's wine list. - Outside cake: welcome for birthdays and celebrations; a small dessert fee applies. - Patio: covered and heated; dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs. - Kids: high chairs available, room to park strollers, and the menu is loved by children (khachapuri, khinkali, grilled meats, potatoes, and salads are usual favorites; nothing is spicy by default). - Payment: all major payment methods are accepted. ## Takeout and delivery - Takeout and delivery are available via [Order online](https://menu.bevri.com/s/order) (Square Online) or the Order Online path from [bevri.com](https://www.bevri.com/). - Do not invent a delivery radius or third-party apps beyond what the live order page shows. ## Signature dishes - Khachapuri Adjaruli: wood-oven boat of cheese bread finished with butter and egg. Tear the edges, swirl the middle, eat with your hands. - Khinkali: hand-folded soup dumplings. Bite a small hole, sip the broth, then eat the rest; hold them by the twist. - Also typical: grilled mtsvadi skewers, pkhali (walnut vegetable spreads), badrijani (walnut-stuffed eggplant), Georgian wines including qvevri-fermented amber wine. - Full current menu: [Menu](https://www.bevri.com/menu). A generated copy of the dish list with prices is at the end of this file; where the two disagree, the live menu wins. ## Private dining, events, and rooms Guest-facing capacities to cite (only these two numbers): - Semi-private space: up to 15 guests. - Private dining room: up to 25 guests.
