Bevri: Authentic Dining in the Heart of Palo Alto

Bevri is a Georgian restaurant in Palo Alto, California, serving authentic dishes from Georgia (the country).

The name "Bevri" means "a lot" in Georgian, reflecting its generous portions and festive spirit. It's especially known for classics like khachapuri (cheese-filled bread, baked in a wood-burning oven) and khinkali (juicy soup dumplings), plus grilled meats and a great selection of Georgian wines.
To provide equitable compensation for our entire team and a stress-free experience for you, Bevri operates as a tip-free restaurant.

The food was amazing. I've only ever ordered Kachapuri to go and I just went this past weekend to sit down and eat in the restaurant. I had soup dumplings with beef and pork and they were amazing. Be prepared to eat them hot and make sure to drink all the soup. If the liquid gets out you'll regret it because it is so delicious. I couldn't resist a kachapuri. I also got a Georgian pear soda and vodka cocktail. It was pretty delicious. I would like to come back and try the stews and the other dishes.

Superb SF Bay Area Dining! Worth the Journey! We drove from the other side of the Bay.

First of all, you must know that I enjoy Eastern Europe and Eur-Asian Cuisine. Further east the better. The Country of Georgia (once a province and/or republic) has existed even before the Crusades. What a history and legacy.

Secondly, I am partial to their wines. Whites and reds.

Finally, today, Trinh and I had a superb meal at BEVRI. By ...

Plenty of flavor! Try the Plum and / or Pomegranate Sauces as dips.

NAPOLEON desert is a must.

We loved everything so much we purposely saved some for left overs!

My son made reservations at Bevri for dinner and we were looking forward to dining there. My husband and I had never tried Georgian cooking before so we did not know what to expect. Our whole dinner was delightful! We ordered many different dishes to share and consumed every last morsel. The dumplings were amazing, the cheesy bread was delicious, the meat dishes were yummy, and the salads were refreshing. Our whole dining experience was outstanding!
